After graduating from college in 2021 with degrees in finance and economics, Eli and his wife became small business owners when they inherited Los Pueblos, a local Mexican restaurant in the heart of Arnolds Park. The restaurant has been in the family and served the local community for more than 20 years. Eli is an involved member of his church and loves spending time with his family.
