Nebraska Mortgage Association Announces Champions Circle Winners

Two of Northwest Bank Mortgage Loan Originators were recently recognized by the Nebraska Mortgage Association (NMA) as qualifying members of the organization’s Champions Circle. The award winners were honored at the NMA’s Fall Conference held September 17 via webinar this year, due to Covid-19.
The NMA’s Champions Circle recognizes and celebrates the service, dedication, and hard work that leading mortgage professionals put into serving their clients during the home loan process. The Champions Circle consists of mortgage originators who meet certain criteria set each year, based on the location/population of the originator. The qualification period for the award was from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.
Sam Hamrick and Ryan Schlabs were two of more than 100 individuals statewide to be recognized as a Champions Circle qualifier for the 2019-2020 year.
Sam Hamrick
Sam has been with Northwest Bank for over 10 years. She takes pride in educating her clients by putting a personal touch on the mortgage process. Sam holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is a member of the Omaha Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors, Omaha Area Board of Realtors, and active with the Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce.

Ryan Schlabs
Ryan has ten years of banking experience, with a vast knowledge in both Mortgage and Retail Banking. Ryan is native of Omaha and is continuing his education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha studying business management. Ryan is very involved with his community, including being a board member for the Omaha Outward Bound School Safety Committee. He is also a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors and Omaha Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
