Northwest Bank added Live Banker to their ATMs and a New Live Banker Division. | Sioux City, IA

Dan DeBoest, President of Northwest Bank in Sioux City, IA announces that they have added ‘Live Banker’ services to their ATM locations and a new Live Banker department is being added to their facility at 5801 Sunnybrook Drive in Sioux City. This expansion will provide the opportunity for additional positions.

DeBoest explains, “Our customers are looking for more convenient ways to do their banking; we made the decision to advance our technology through our ATM’s by providing the option to talk with our Live Bankers through a video screen.  Our Live Bankers can assist customers with their deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, funds transfers, debit card questions, and more.  The Live Banker service provides customers with the convenience of not having to get out of their vehicle to do their banking, we offer bi-lingual service, and our Live Banker hours are extended to assist customers with their banking Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.”

DeBoest continued, “We are also very excited to add a Live Banker division within our Sunnybrook location.  These bankers will assist our customers who use the Live Banker service at our ATMs in Sioux City and across our company. We are excited to be able add this department to our location.  We continue to look for ways to invest in our community. Growing our bank helps our community grow.”
