If you suspect any fraudulent activity with your account contact a Northwest Bank Representative M-F from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm CST or Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 PM CST at 1-800-678-4105. 

During after hours, please contact the Card Processing Center at 1-800-472-3272.

  • If you are affected by a security breach, we strongly suggest you monitor your accounts and transactions through your Business Online or Mobile Banking. If you notice any transactions that you do not recognize, please contact us immediately.
  • We also encourage you to create an Identity Theft Report and review your Credit Report. For more information on steps you can take for Identity Theft, click here.
