Dana has been a mortgage loan originator since 1986 and prior to joining Northwest Bank, spent 22 years at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Dana specializes in Private Mortgage Banking assisting affluent and high net worth individuals to properly structure the financing of their primary residence, vacation home and investment properties. Dana is a graduate of the University of Iowa. He is a member of Lutheran Church of Hope, Animal Rescue League and Blood Center of Central Iowa.

Sarah Niemand brings over 17 years of banking experience, with 11 of those working as a Personal Banker and Consumer Loan Officer at Northwest Bank. Donnell Skow brings over 30 years of financial services experience to the Northwest Bank team with 18 years in the mortgage lending field. Melissa brings over 19 years of banking & mortgage expertise to the Northwest Bank team. Melissa is a positive problem solver and optimistic person who loves to explore all types of financing options with her clients. She will review all your opportunities as she is knowledgeable in the first time and repeat homebuying process, new construction or renovation projects, refinance loan structuring, investment property financing, and down payment assistance programs.
