Northwest Bank Live Banker Service

Dan DeBoest, President of Northwest Bank in Sioux City, IA announces that they have purchased a lot at 1625 Omaha Street (next to Heelan Memorial Field).  This location will offer a 24-hour ATM and ‘Live Banker’ service.

DeBoest explains, “We are extremely proud to be able to provide this new location for our customers and the community. This location will offer a 24-hour ATM for public use along with our Live Banker service.”  DeBoest continued, “Our Live Banker service is accessed through our ATM; it is an advanced technology that connects our customers face-to-face with a live Northwest Bank employee through the ATM video screen.”

Our Live Banker service can assist customers with their deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, funds transfers, debit card questions, making loan payments, and more.  Live Banker service provides customers with the convenience of not having to get out of their vehicle to do their banking.

It’s easy to use, just tap the screen and wait for a representative to appear, you don’t need your ATM or Debit card. We offer bi-lingual service, and our Live Banker hours are extended to assist customers with their banking Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.”

DeBoest stated, “We are very pleased to be able to offer two Northwest Bank locations within the city.  We are located at 5801 Sunnybrook Drive and 1625 Omaha Street, Sioux City.  We are committed to Sioux City and continue to look for ways to invest in our community.”
