Cara Treybal, Bank President of Northwest Bank in Ankeny is pleased to announce that Amy Olsen has accepted the position as Retail Manager for both Northwest Bank locations in Ankeny. Amy’s new role includes promoting bank products and services, building customer relationships, and leading the retail team.
Amy has been with Northwest Bank for nearly 30 years. Her prior experience as Business Banking Assistant serves her well in helping numerous customers achieve their financial goals. She has knowledge and expertise in all areas of personal and business banking.
Amy and her family reside in Ankeny. She is an active community member and enjoys the many opportunities that the Ankeny area has to offer. When asked about this new opportunity with Northwest Bank, Amy stated, “Helping others is what I enjoy most. I’m excited for the opportunity to lead our team members and deliver first-class service to our customers.”
