In addition to his leadership role, Brian enjoys working closely with individuals interested in purchasing or building on small hobby farms, as well as those looking to invest in their own hunting ground; an area where his love for the outdoors and hunting truly shines.
With both of his kids now out of high school, Brian has shifted from coaching youth sports to spending more time attending chamber events and local fundraisers, staying active in the community he serves

Meet experienced mortgage originator, Dee Murman who takes pride in finding the mortgage solution best suited for each of her customers, therefore, affording each homeowner the opportunity to create equitable wealth. She specializes in opening doors for those buying for the first time and those stepping up. You can count on Dee to be available to assist long after your mortgage loan closes, as well. She is a member of the Fort Dodge Noon Rotary Club and active in the Trinity United Methodist Church in Fort Dodge. She, and husband Bruce, are parents to two grown children.
Donnell Skow brings over 35 years of experience in financial services to the Northwest Bank team, including more than 20 years specializing in mortgage lending. She works closely with homebuyers and homeowners, providing clear guidance and education throughout the mortgage loan process to ensure a simple, stress-free experience.
Donnell is actively involved in the Humboldt community and proudly serves as a member of the Humboldt County Housing Development Board, reflecting her commitment to supporting local growth and housing initiatives.
Gary Presnall brings over 20 years of experience to Northwest Bank and believes providing exceptional service to his customers is the key to building great relationships. Gary specializes in First Time Homebuyer, Conventional [VA, FHA & RD], as well as Construction Loans and enjoys being able to help find the right loan option for each customer. He is an active board member at The Refuge, a faith-based center for addiction, and is an evangelism leader at New City Church in Ankeny, Iowa. His customers have praised him for his consistent communication through every step of the loan process.

Melissa brings over 19 years of banking & mortgage expertise to the Northwest Bank team. Melissa is a positive problem solver and optimistic person who loves to explore all types of financing options with her clients. She will review all your opportunities as she is knowledgeable in the first time and repeat homebuying process, new construction or renovation projects, refinance loan structuring, investment property financing, and down payment assistance programs. When Melissa is not helping homeowners, she enjoys volunteering within the youth community and being active outdoors with her husband Dan and 3 children Emma (14), Katelee (6), and Dylan (6).

Noah graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City, IA with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He enjoys developing relationships with customers and helping them reach their home ownership goals. Noah completed the Management Trainee program at Northwest Bank where he followed an accelerated training path allowing him to learn important banking and mortgage functions preparing him to help customers navigate the mortgage process. He is an active member of both the West Des Moines and Waukee Young Professionals.

Ryan brings 10+ years of banking experience, with a vast knowledge in both Mortgage and Retail Banking. Ryan is native of Omaha and is continuing his education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha studying business management. Ryan is very involved with his community, including being a board member for the Omaha Outward Bound School Safety Committee. He is also a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors and Omaha Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
