Jeff holds an Ag Business degree from Iowa State University and is a graduate of Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. He has over 45 years of banking industry experience and served as president & CEO of Northwest Financial Corp from 2009 to 2020. He served as the Iowa Superintendent of Banking from 2019 through 2023. Jeff is currently a board member of Northwest Financial Corp., Northwest Bank, Farmer Mac, Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines and American Bankers Mutual Insurance. He also serves as a Managing Director of Barnes & Co.
