He graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, with a bachelor's degree in Finance and completed Northwest Bank's Management Trainee Program, where he gained valuable experience in both banking and mortgage services.

In his free time, Noah enjoys spending time with his wife, Erica, and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Timberwolves.
