Northwest Bank Awarded Corporate Crown Award by the Midwest Division of the American Cancer Society!

Northwest Bank has been awarded the Corporate Crown honor by the American Cancer Society. This award is given to an employer or corporation for outstanding contributions to Relay for Life in Iowa and having demonstrated initiative and creativity in programming that positively impacted the cancer burden on the citizens of Iowa.
The Northwest Bank team was back at it again in 2016 with their “Men Wear Heels” Relay for Life Laps. The Northwest Bank gentlemen worked along with the Banking on a Cure team, to help raise over $10,000 for the Clay County Relay For Life total by "stepping up" for a cause! The men debuted their dresses, wigs, full make up and of course red high heels as they strolled around the fairgrounds.
“Each year I am honored to be a part of Northwest Bank’s fundraising, and the community is energized by their new ideas, the fun they have, and they way that they show support to cancer survivors in the community!” said Senior Community Manager, Dana Kauffman. “I have been blessed to work with Clay County for 10 event seasons now, and am thankful for their support to a cause that helps so many! We could not reach out to new patients, have our Hope Lodge facilities, support our researchers, or anything that we do with the American Cancer Society without our communities that support us- we are grateful!.”
