He lives in Spencer with his wife Susan, and they have two daughters. Bruce is a graduate of South Dakota State University.

Doug Benjamin has over 30 years of banking experience and graduated from Buena Vista University with a degree in Business. He also completed Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, CO. Prior to joining Northwest Bank Doug served as Regional President for MIdWestOne Bank in Conrad, IA. Benjamin is native of Northwest Iowa, growing up on a farm in Humboldt County, and has frequented the Iowa Great Lakes area for many years. Doug and his wife Barb live in Spencer. They have two daughters who are both graduates of the University of Iowa and currently employed in the medical field. Doug has been involved in various organizations including Rotary, Kiwanis, school, and hospital boards. He currently serves on the Iowa Great Lakes Corridor and SIF boards along with many other activities in Spencer.

Jacob has been with Northwest Bank since 2017 and recently moved into his new role after completing the Manager Trainee program and was previously a loan portfolio manager with Northwest Bank. He graduated from Dordt University where he received his Agricultural Business degree and minor in Economics. Jacob currently serves on the Special Youth Challenge board, Spencer Community Theatre board and the GACO board. He is also apart of the Clay County Ag Committee. Jacob is actively involved with Spencer Jaycees, Grand Avenue Community Outreach and is a member at Riverside Church and Ignite Youth Ministries.

He is responsible for developing and managing commercial business relationships to help them achieve their financial vision.
