Joe Conover, President of Northwest Bank, shares recent leadership growth and changes at Northwest Bank in Creston and Afton. Conover explains, “I am pleased to announce our leadership team that will continue our tradition of great banking products and local decision making. Congratulations Julie, Dan, Staci, and Jenna on your expanded leadership roles at the bank.”
Julie Lanning has accepted the position of Executive Vice President, Director of Operations for the entire Northwest Bank organization. Julie’s responsibilities include leading and directing the operations systems of the bank, develop and maintain operational processes and functions while maintaining compliance with Federal Regulations. She will manage, supervise, and coordinate activities of personnel involved in internal operations. Julie will office in Creston and continue her leadership roles in the Creston community.
Dan Waigand has accepted the position as Bank President in Creston and Senior Credit Officer. Dan’s responsibilities include supervision and management of our two locations in Creston, team development, coordinating bank involvement in the community, serving existing customers and building new banking relationships. Dan has over 14 years of banking experience.
Staci Heaberlin will continue to serve as Bank President, in Afton. In addition, Staci has accepted the role of Business Banking Manager. Her responsibilities include supervision and management of our Afton location, team development and community engagement. Her expanded responsibilities include providing enhanced guidance and support to commercial bankers, ag bankers, and business banking assistants. Staci has over 25 years of banking experience.
Jenna Greene has accepted the position as Residential Real Estate, VP and Retail Manager. Jenna’s responsibilities include promoting the bank’s products and services, building customer relationships, and leading the retail team to effectively serve all areas of personal banking, consumer, and mortgage lending. Jenna has over 14 years of banking experience.
