Matt Dutcher, Bank President of Northwest Bank in Fort Dodge is pleased to announce that Sarah Niemand has accepted the position as Mortgage Loan Originator in Fort Dodge. Sarah’s new role allows her to assist individuals with achieving their home ownership goals by providing financing options for home purchases, new home construction and refinancing existing mortgage loans.
Sarah has been with Northwest Bank for 11 years and has held numerous positions throughout her career. She has knowledge and expertise in all areas of personal banking, consumer, and mortgage lending.
Sarah and her husband Josh and their children Charlotte and Drake reside in Duncombe. Sarah is an active community member and is involved in Iowa Banker’s Teach Children to Save, she coaches youth sports, and is involved in varies Fort Dodge Parks and Rec activities throughout the year.
When asked about this new opportunity with Northwest Bank, Sarah stated, “Helping others is what I enjoy most.
