Customer Appreciation Day

Northwest Bank locations in Spencer, Milford, Arnolds Park, Spirit Lake, and Estherville celebrated Customer Appreciation Day on June 23rd.  Each location provided ice cream treats and a drawing in which the winner received a prize package along with the opportunity to select a local charity for Northwest Bank to make a cash donation to.

Northwest Bank added to the celebration by sponsoring a community shred day at multiple bank locations.  Nicole Evans, Bank President in Arnolds Park and Milford explains, “We enjoy providing an opportunity for community members to securely shred documents they no longer need. People can bring in old tax returns, bank statements, canceled checks and more to have them shredded on the spot. We’ve utilized this event as a fundraiser to benefit local Relay for Life organizations and bring awareness to this worthy cause. We are grateful for everyone who participated.” This year, free-will donations in the amount of $1,284.00 were collected at our Spirit Lake and Arnolds Park shred sites. This money will benefit Dickinson County’s Relay for Life. The funds were presented to American Cancer Society representative Dana Kauffman.

Northwest Bank has been a corporate sponsor for Dickinson County Relay for Life since it was established 19 years ago. American Cancer Society representative, Dana Kauffman commented, “It’s wonderful to have a friendship and partnership with Northwest Bank. The bank and their team members are passionate about raising funds for cancer research and to show support for cancer survivors and their families in our community.”
