Matt Dutcher, Bank President of Northwest Bank in Fort Dodge, IA, is pleased to announce that Lucas Cordle has accepted the position of Treasury Management Representative. In his new role, Lucas will assist business clients with their day-to-day financial operations, helping them streamline processes using treasury products and services. He is focused on building relationships and providing customized solutions that align with clients’ long-term business goals, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Lucas brings several years of banking experience to his new position, having started with Northwest Bank in 2019 as a teller while still in high school. He continued working for the bank throughout college, eventually joining our Ames location as a Customer Service Representative. His responsibilities included assisting clients with account transactions, debit card services, and overall customer support. Lucas graduated in December 2024 from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance.

A Fort Dodge native, Lucas recently returned to the area and is excited to re-engage with the community. He looks forward to getting involved with local organizations and service opportunities. In his free time, he enjoys riding motorcycles, skiing, attending live sporting events, and is an avid Green Bay Packers fan. He’s also working on improving his golf game.
