At Northwest Bank, we are committed to providing the most advanced electronic services available.

An Electronic Statement allows Northwest Bank Internet Banking customers the ability to view an electronic version of their statement instead of receiving a paper statement in the mail. It is a faster and more environmentally friendly alternative to receiving a traditional paper statement. By signing up for e-Statements you can help protect your identity by reducing the possibility of your statement being lost or stolen in the mail.

Our e-Statements are:

Fast - Access your e-Statement faster than waiting for your paper statement to arrive by mail.
Convenient - e-Statements are stored online for you to access at your convenience for up to 24 months.
Secure - Securely login to enroll. You'll receive an e-Statement Notification email each month, when your e-Statement is ready to view.
Environmentally Friendly - e-Statements can eliminate over 16 pounds of paper a year.

Enrollment is easy!

When your e-Statement enrollment process is complete you will be able to view, save and print your e-Statements securely by logging into your Online Banking account. You will receive a monthly email notice when your newest statement is ready to view.

In order to enroll in e-Statements you will need to be enrolled in Northwest Bank's Online Banking.

Login to your Online Banking Account.
Within the Profile screen, scroll to the electronic statement section and click the green Edit option.
Select which account(s) you would like to enroll in e-Statements.
Review and complete the Terms and Conditions next steps.
You will receive a message stating your electronic statement enrollment was successfully updated!
