Whether you prefer to bank online or in person, this new location is designed with your convenience in mind. You can expect the same expert guidance, community commitment, and friendly service you know and trust—now in a more accessible and innovative environment.

Q: Why is Northwest Bank consolidating to one Omaha location?
A: After careful consideration, we made the decision to bring our three Omaha/La Vista locations together into one modern, centrally located office. This move allows us to streamline services, enhance collaboration across teams, and provide customers with a convenient and consistent banking experience. The new space will also allow us to better support our customers with improved technology and personalized service.
Q: When will the new location open?
A: The new office, located at 14607 California St., is scheduled to open in March 2027. Until then, all current locations will remain open and fully operational. We will communicate transition details with customers as we get closer to the move.
Q: The new location isn’t convenient for me. How will I bank with you?
A: We understand that the new location may be farther for some customers. We offer many convenient options that allow you to bank with us wherever you are — including mobile and online banking, our Live Banker ATMs with extended service hours, phone support, and drive-up access. We’re also happy to walk you through any of these tools or help you schedule an appointment with a banker at your convenience.
Q: Will I still see the same bankers I work with today?
A: Yes! The same friendly, professional team will continue to serve you — now all under one roof. The new space is designed to foster more collaboration among our staff, making it easier to provide even more personalized service to our customers.
Q: Are any services going away with this move?
A: The only service that will be changing is safe deposit boxes. Safe Deposit Boxes will not be offered at our new location. All other services will continue without interruption.
Q: Why aren’t you planning to offer Safe Deposit Box services at the new location?
A: We understand the change in safe deposit box availability may be an inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your understanding. As we look toward the future of banking and continue to evolve our services, we have made the thoughtful decision to no longer offer safe deposit boxes at our new Omaha location. This allows us to better align with the changing needs of our customers and invest in service that are most relevant today.
If you currently have a safe deposit box, you’ll receive a separate letter with everything you need to know - including key dates and next steps. Our team is here to help and to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Q: How will I know when it's time to transition to the new location?
A: We will keep customers informed every step of the way. Marketing communications, signage, digital updates, and direct outreach will begin well before the move. We encourage you to make sure your contact information is up to date, so you receive important announcements.
