Estherville, IA – Marcy Sander, Bank President at Northwest Bank in Estherville, is pleased to announce Missy Bortell as Personal Banker. In her new role, Missy will focus on building strong customer relationships while providing banking services tailored to personal banking and consumer lending needs.

Missy joined the Northwest Bank team two years ago and has most recently served as the manager of our Customer Service Representatives—a leadership role she will continue to hold as she transitions into her new position.

Missy and her husband Kyle and their daughters, Shaylee, Myah, Miley and Kalani, make their home in Graettinger. She is involved with Graettinger Friends of Pool and is an active member of their church.
