Emily Rossman Completes Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin – Madison Financial Mangers School

Arnolds Park, IA – Emily Rossman of Northwest Financial Corp. recently completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin – Madison Financial Mangers School. Rossman completed the five-day school on September 25 alongside four other Iowa bankers. The school aims to deepen knowledge of investments and budgeting, provide practical tools to manage the balance sheet with confidence, and help attendees communicate financial strategies to senior leadership and the board.

Emily joined Northwest Financial Corp in 2018, participating in the Management Trainee program designed for emerging leaders with a strong commitment to community involvement and a desire to grow within the organization.  Emily has a passion for financial reporting and asset management, driven by a commitment to accuracy, transparency, and strategic decision-making.

Emily, her husband Brenton and their two sons Walker and Grant reside in Milford. She enjoys giving back to the community and is an active member of First Lutheran Church in West Okoboji and serves on the Board of Trustees.
