Sioux City, IA – Dan DeBoest, Regional Bank President of Northwest Bank in Sioux City, is pleased to announce Dylan Benson as Commercial Banker. In this role, Dylan will focus on building new business relationships, promoting the bank’s wide range of products and services, and providing exceptional service to existing customers.

Benson graduated from Morningside University with degrees in Accounting and Agribusiness.  Dylan joined Northwest Bank in April 2025 participating in the Management Trainee program designed for emerging leaders with a strong commitment to community involvement and a desire to grow within the organization. The program provides broad exposure across the bank’s departments, equipping participants with a well-rounded understanding of banking operations and leadership. Dylan quickly distinguished himself through his initiative, leadership qualities, and customer-focused mindset.

Dylan and his fiancé, Hazy, reside in Sioux City. He has a strong commitment to community and is a member of Siouxland Growth Organization (GO) and Top O Morning Toastmasters Club. In his free time, Dylan enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating in sporting activities.
