Loutsch named Loan Portfolio Manager at Northwest Bank in Le Mars

Le Mars, IA – Brad Cave, Bank President of Northwest Bank in Le Mars, is pleased to announce the promotion of Alex Loutsch to Loan Portfolio Manager. In his new role, Alex will oversee and maintain loan portfolios, which includes analyzing financial documents, evaluating product options, and building strong banking relationships with customers.

Alex is a graduate from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He joined Northwest Bank in 2025 as part of the Management Trainee program which provides participants with broad exposure to the bank’s departments and equips them with a well-rounded understanding of banking operations and leadership.

Prior to joining Northwest Bank, Alex was a Team Lead at Wells Fargo in Sioux Falls, SD. Originally from Le Mars, Alex, his wife Danielle, and their three daughters - Quinn, Sienna and Sloane - are excited to be part of the Le Mars community again. Alex is an active member of the Rotary Club of Le Mars and is enthusiastic about giving back to the community. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
