West Des Moines, IA – Ross Taets, Business Banking Manager, SVP of Northwest Bank in West Des Moines, is pleased to announce that Zach Tryon has joined the team as a Commercial Banker.

In this role, Zach will focus on developing new business relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions, and helping business customers achieve their growth and financial goals.

Tyron brings nearly 10 years of banking experience to Northwest Bank. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of positions spanning customer service, loan operations, credit analysis, and commercial lending. His diverse background has provided him with a strong understanding of the financial needs businesses face at every stage of growth and has equipped him to deliver strategic guidance and responsive service to his customers.

He earned bachelor's degrees in both finance and real estate from the University of Northern Iowa, where he developed the foundation for his passion for helping businesses and communities thrive.
