When your eStatement enrollment process is complete you will be able to view, save and print your eStatements securely by logging into your Online Banking account. You will receive a monthly email notice when your newest statement is ready to view. Our eStatments are:

- Convenient - eStatements are stored online for you to access at your convenience for up to 24 months.
- Secure - Securely login to enroll. You'll receive an eStatement Notification email each month, when your eStatement is ready to view.

An Electronic Statement allows Northwest Bank Internet Banking customers the ability to view an electronic version of their statement instead of receiving a paper statement in the mail. It is a faster and more environmentally friendly alternative to receiving a traditional paper statement. By signing up for e-Statements you can help protect your identity by reducing the possibility of your statement being lost or stolen in the mail.

In order to enroll in eStatements you will need to be enroll in Northwest Bank Online Banking.
- eStatment Enrollment Instructions
- Enroll in eStatements via web browser on your mobile device or computer by following these simple steps. You will need to be enrolled in Northwest Bank Online Banking to complete your eStatement sign up.
- STEP 1: Use your browser and go to www.NW.bank and click on green Account Access button displayed on the top right.
- STEP 2: Login to your Online Banking Account by entering your Username and Password. Click the green Go once complete.
- STEP 3: Select the Profile button located in the top right of the screen within the blue bar.
- STEP 4: Within the Profile screen, scroll to the electronic statement section and click the green Edit option.
- STEP 5: Select which account(s) you would like to enroll in eStatements.
- STEP 6: A new browser window will open with our Terms and Conditions. Review the Terms and Conditions, and copy the Confirmation Code located at the very bottom of the terms and conditions.
- STEP 7: Go back to your Online Banking browser. Check the box for reviewing the Terms and Conditions, then paste the Confirmation Code in the box provided and click Save. You will receive an enrollment confirmation by email.
- Congratulations! You will receive a message stating your electronic statement enrollment was successfully updated!
