Moonlight Madness is back! Join us for an evening of community fun for all ages as Downtown Shenandoah comes alive with lights, laughter, and plenty of treats. Trick-or-treating will begin at Northwest Bank and continue throughout downtown businesses. Each child will receive a complimentary pumpkin trick-or-treat bag filled with candy and a toothbrush, courtesy of Shenandoah Family Dentistry.
After making your way through the route, stop by the City Hall Gazebo for hayrides, hot dogs, and hot cocoa to wrap up the evening.
