Home Possible Advantage^SM mortgage is designed for low to moderate-income homebuyers and offers financing for as low as 3% down. It is great for first-time home buyers.

The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) offers this program which provides borrowers with $2,500 for down payment and closing costs assistance to eligible first-time and repeat home buyers who are purchasing a primary residence in Iowa and meet household income and purchase price requirements. Optional grant or $5000 second mortgage with no monthly repayment.

Financing option with a down payment as low as 3%. This will save significant money up front and throughout the years to come. Optional $2500 grant or $5000 second mortgage with no monthly repayment to assist with down payment and closing costs.

Low Down Payment Program (LMI)

Lower Down Payment Financing Options. The down payment can be used with approved grant funds and gifts for down payment assistance.
Income Restrictions Apply. To qualify for the Low-Down Payment Loan, your income cannot exceed 80% of the median family income of the purchase property. Send us a message and we'll can get you started on the best loan product for you as well as help determine if you qualify for our Low, Down Payment Loan.
Special Underwriting Terms for Lower Credit Scores. You must have a minimum credit score of 640.
