Eli is committed to helping clients navigate the mortgage process with confidence. With nearly 2 years at Northwest Bank, and previous experience as a real estate agent, Eli brings extensive knowledge of real estate and finance to the mortgage team. He is committed to delivering top-notch customer service and believes in building lasting relationships by offering personalized guidance. After graduating from college in 2021 with degrees in finance and economics, Eli and his wife became small business owners when they inherited Los Pueblos, a local Mexican restaurant in the heart of Arnolds Park. The restaurant has been in the family and served the local community for more than 20 years. Eli is an involved member of his church and loves spending time with his family.
Noah graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City, IA with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He enjoys developing relationships with customers and helping them reach their home ownership goals. Noah completed the Management Trainee program at Northwest Bank where he followed an accelerated training path allowing him to learn important banking and mortgage functions preparing him to help customers navigate the mortgage process. He is an active member of both the West Des Moines and Waukee Young Professionals.

Snyder is a 2019 graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. Prior to joining Northwest Bank, Collin was employed at Morningside University in Sioux City, IA where he was an admissions counselor. Collin recently relocated to West Des Moines and is eager to become involved in the community.
Angie Peterson brings over 25 years of banking experience to the Northwest Bank team with the last 20+ years in the mortgage industry. She is involved in her church, Iowa Great Lakes Rotary, and an active volunteer in Spirit Lake School District. Angie enjoys getting to know her clients and finding the right mortgage product to meet their individual needs. Whether it’s your first home, a vacation home or you’re a returning homeowner, Angie is ready to assist you.

Melissa brings over 19 years of banking & mortgage expertise to the Northwest Bank team. Melissa is a positive problem solver and optimistic person who loves to explore all types of financing options with her clients. She will review all your opportunities as she is knowledgeable in the first time and repeat homebuying process, new construction or renovation projects, refinance loan structuring, investment property financing, and down payment assistance programs. When Melissa is not helping homeowners, she enjoys volunteering within the youth community and being active outdoors with her husband Dan and 3 children Emma (14), Katelee (6), and Dylan (6).

He is also a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors and Omaha Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
