The best part of my job is seeing our customers succeed, whether a customer is adding a piece of manufacturing equipment that creates new jobs or purchasing a first car. It is very rewarding to play a role in making that success possible. I also try to make a positive impact on the community by serving on different community boards. I am serving or have served on the boards of the Spencer Library, Pearson Lakes Art Center, Historic Arnolds Park, Okoboji School District, Iowa Chapter of The Nature Conservancy, Love Takes Root and First Congregational Church of Spencer.

Greg Post is CEO of Northwest Bank and has been in banking for over 25 years. Greg has been with Northwest Bank since 1989 and began his Northwest Bank career in the Mortgage Lending area. Greg is very active in the community with involvement in The Bedell Family YMCA, Okoboji Foundation, Iowa Great Lakes Trails Association and the Lake Okoboji Protective Association. Greg is also on the Freddie Mac Community Bank Advisory Board.
