No action is needed. Your BillPay and Zelle® payees, scheduled and recurring payments, transfers, and up to 6 months of payment and transfer history will remain intact through the conversion.

ACCOUNT ALERTS

Your Account Alerts will migrate to the new platform so you can continue staying connected to your accounts. Be sure to review your current alert settings in your Online or Mobile Banking account and note any push notifications you'd like to re-establish after the conversion.
Statements and Tax Documents

No action is required if you are enrolled in eStatements. Your electronic statements will continue uninterrupted following the upgrade, and you will retain access to up to 24 months of statement history through Online Banking and Mobile Banking.

NB CARD SECURE

NB Card Secure enrollment, controls, and alerts will automatically transfer to the new platform, allowing you to continue managing and monitoring your cards without interruption.
Credit Sense

If you are enrolled in Credit Sense, you'll need to re-accept the Terms & Conditions when you access the service for the first time after the upgrade. This quick, one-time step will restore access to all the Credit Sense tools and features you use today.
