Chris Countryman joined Northwest
Wealth Management in 2026 as a Wealth Advisor, bringing more than 20 years of
experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Northwest, he
owned and operated Countryman Financial Group in Moville, Iowa, where he built
a successful practice centered on personalized service and lasting
relationships with individuals, families, and business owners throughout the
region.
Chris
is a Certified
Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), a designation awarded by the
Exit Planning Institute. This specialized training equips advisors to guide
business owners through one of the most significant financial events of their
lives: the transition or sale of a business. Drawing on his own experience as a
former business owner, Chris provides practical insight into the factors that
drive business value and helps owners develop strategies for a successful
transition. He works closely with clients to align their business exit plans
with their broader financial objectives, including retirement, wealth
preservation, and legacy planning.
At
Northwest Wealth Management, Chris continues to deliver the personalized,
hometown service his clients have come to value, now supported by the extensive
resources and expertise of a full-service community bank and wealth management
team. In addition to his CEPA® designation and securities registrations, Chris
holds licenses in life, health, property and casualty, and crop insurance.
A
graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Chris resides
in the Moville area with his wife, Jodi. Together, they enjoy spending time
with their four children and five grandchildren.
